Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Automotive Technician & Fabrication Specialist to be a cornerstone of our build team. In this role you will be responsible for transforming raw materials and design concepts into stunning high-performance muscle cars. Your precision skill and passion for the craft will be essential in ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop is a testament to quality and innovation.
What Youll Do
- Execute full-cycle custom builds from initial teardown and component layout to final assembly.
- Perform high-quality fabrication including cutting shaping and fitting custom metal components.
- Weld and finish panels and chassis components to exacting standards using various techniques.
- Collaborate directly with our design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and bring customer visions to reality.
- Install and troubleshoot complex automotive systems including drivetrains suspension electrical wiring and performance components.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment ensuring all tools and equipment are in top condition.
- Uphold rigorous safety standards to ensure a secure and productive workshop for the entire team.
What Youll Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive restoration fabrication or custom vehicle construction with a strong portfolio of work on muscle cars or classic vehicles.
- Expert-level proficiency in fabrication and welding techniques (MIG TIG) as they apply to automotive work.
- A comprehensive understanding of modern and classic automotive systems (mechanical electrical hydraulic).
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and build plans.
- An exceptional eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to producing flawless results.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic project-driven environment.
