As a PCA Team Leader at Fellowship Community you will be responsible for overseeing a team of caregivers ensuring they provide top-notch care to our residents. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating schedules conducting training sessions and monitoring the quality of care given. You will also be the point of contact for any issues or concerns that arise during your shift.
