We are seeking a proactive and driven Team Leader to manage and guide our dynamic design team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills capable of motivating others while ensuring project quality and timely delivery. As Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in coordinating resources managing client expectations and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the design team
Coordinate project planning execution and delivery timelines
Conduct regular team meetings and provide mentorship and support
Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met on every project
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with senior management to improve workflow and efficiency
Resolve internal and client-related challenges proactively
Facilitate training sessions and professional development opportunities for team members
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferably in design or creative industries
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
Bachelors degree in Design Business Administration Project Management or related field preferred
Proficiency in project management tools is a plus
