Job Description
Were hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of production for a high-volume food manufacturing facility. This role involves direct oversight of 3 production lines the quality control department maintenance and more. The manager will supervise 8 department heads and ensure operations run smoothly across teams.
Were looking for someone who is highly skilled in communication cross-functional leadership and process implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to make a major impact in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations across production QC and maintenance
- Directly supervise and support 8 department managers
- Ensure safety quality and efficiency standards are consistently met
- Drive process improvements and standardization across divisions
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with business goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing cross-departmental workflows and operational systems
