The Role
As a Web Developer youll support the development and customization of CMS-based platforms that drive our digital recruiting and orientation experiences. Youll play a key role in ensuring systems are scalable secure and tailored to the goals of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CMS-driven websites using C# / .NET and Umbraco
- Build and configure backend functionality to meet specific client needs
- Collaborate with project managers designers and media teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring system stability and performance
- Integrate APIs enable SSO and support cloud-based deployments
- Maintain code quality through testing documentation and code reviews
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient in .NET (C#) SQL Server Visual Studio
- Experience working with CMS platforms preferably Umbraco
- Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript
- Familiar with REST APIs Razor Git
- Experience or knowledge of Azure MVC AJAX SSO TFS or IIS a plus
- Ability to problem-solve prioritize and adapt in a dynamic work environment
