TheCityofMinotisacceptingapplicationsfortheentrylevelpositionofUtilityOperatorIintheWaterDistribution Department with an application deadline of Thursday July 24th 2025.
Natureof Work
Thisismanualandsomesemi-skilledworkassistingintheinstallationandremovalconnectinganddisconnecting ofwatermetersmaintenanceandrepairofliftstationbuildingsgroundsandequipmentmaintenanceandrepair ofwater meters and meter reading. Please read the attached job description for complete details.
EducationExperienceOtherRequirements
- Completionofhighschoolandoneyearexperienceingenerallaboringandconstructionwork;orany equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Possession ofa valid North Dakota Commercial Drivers License is highly preferred with appropriate endorsements for equipment used. Applicants without the appropriate current commercial license will be proper endorsements within one year ofemployment is required.
CompensationandBenets
- TheassignedsalaryrangeforUtility Operator Iunderthe2025CityofMinotAnnualPayPlanisGrade 50 with an annual base salary range of$43593- $64713 with a starting hourly wage of$20.96 per hour.
