- Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) - No weekend work unless you want to have scheduled.

- 5 years of Craftsman experience
- Valid drivers license auto insurance own a truck/van
- Have a solid organized set of tools
- Must be a quick thinker able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Clean cut appearance
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
- Collaborative optimistic reliable
- The territory coverage for this particular franchise are in many zip codes in North Jersey.
- Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
- Take the time to earn the customers confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
- Sometimes take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that you are capable of doing more.
- Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
