Now hiring a Maintenance Technician in Allentown PA.
Direct Hire opportunity.
About the Role:
Were looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to support our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Youll be responsible for maintaining critical equipment ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and minimizing downtime in a highly controlled setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation maintenance and repair of facility services and equipment including electrical plumbing painting mechanical repairs emergency lights and HVAC systems.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance and maintain good records of all work performed in accordance to US-FDAs Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Facilitate the calibration of production equipment as required using contracted service providers.
Maintain and organize on-hand supplies of spare parts for Production equipment building maintenance etc.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Suggested 5 years of plant maintenance experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
Suggested 2 years of demonstrated work experience in electrical maintenance is required.
The technician should have a working knowledge of cGMP.
Must be self motivated team player and open to learn new things.
Knowledge of general facility maintenance HVAC Systems and/or Packaging Lines
