This role offers a rare opportunity to practice a full scope of dentistry while being part of a multidisciplinary care team focused on preventative care treatment planning and oral health education for a medically underserved population.
Deliver comprehensive dental care: exams cleanings x-rays fillings extractions root canals (anterior/premolar) and dentures.
Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for patients.
Lead and oversee the on-site dental program including supervision of dental staff (if applicable).
Educate patients on oral hygiene prevention and overall dental health.
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to coordinate care and manage referrals.
Maintain accurate confidential and detailed clinical documentation.
Ensure proper sanitation inventory control and regulatory compliance within the dental unit.
Respond to emergencies and provide urgent dental interventions when needed.
Participate in audits safety reviews and continuous quality improvement efforts.

DDS or DMD from an accredited school of dentistry
Current and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of employment
At least 1 year of experience preferred (new grads also encouraged to apply)
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication ethical judgment and teamwork ability
Valid drivers license preferred (as applicable)
