Job Description

About the Position:
Reservations Supervisor (Cebu)

Benefits:

Upon regularization:
- 10 vacation days (VL) 10 sick days (SL) 5 emergency leaves (EL)
- Health insurance via HMO starting on the 4th month (coverage for the employee plus one dependent free of charge)

Work Arrangement: Onsite in Cebu City

Shift: Flexible schedule with no fixed hours

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations customer service or call center operations
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
