CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN MN)

The hours for this position are 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and may be required to work overtime during a crisis.
Relocation is not eligible for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will focus on responding to consumer inquiries via phone website email and chat.
- Responds to consumer contacts (800# calls letters chatand e-mails) to help maintain consumer brand loyalty by providing consumer satisfaction through knowledgeable appropriate and timely response.
- Act as a company spokesperson by professionally responding to a variety of consumer questions about specific products to include all advertising and promotions associated with each product.
- Will be trained on all product lines and our specific software application.
- Maintains reference information for specific products.
- Will have the opportunity to cross-sell for all Hormel Foods brands and subsidiaries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Maturity of judgment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with the Companys products.

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.75-$27.75 per hour and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.
