Field Service TechnicianI
- Hourly range $16.00-$19.00
- Monthly Technician Bonus
- Mileage Reimbursement Program
Imagine traversing the Buffalo region and being the hero in every office you step into. Multiple times a day you will be the answer to your clients. This will involve bringing innovative game-changing solutions for our clients print management needs.
As the Field Service Technician you will be instrumental in delivering these solutions through maintaining servicing and repairing office equipment (black and white color and multifunctional devices and more) at customer locations throughout the territory.
You will also gain valuable insight into different business units developing your skills and advancing your career in the process.

What youll be doing
- Providing maintenance service repairs and training efficiently and effectively
- Diagnosing equipment issues and carrying out installations and upgrades
- Making modifications removing old units and retrofitting existing hardware
- Completing field calls according to priority while practicing good time management
- Continuously enhancing your technical skills for field assignments
- Rebuilding components at the shop
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A year or more of expertise in repairing servicing and installing office equipment including copiers printers Photo ID and ID Badge systems or fingerprint scanners
- Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending lifting and reaching
- A valid drivers license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business.
