Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a part-time Occupational Health Nurse Coordinator to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in Roanoke VA. This role offers a low-stress mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employeesnot the general public.
Position Highlights:
Flexible Schedule: 16 hours per week MondayThursday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments health screenings and immunizations
Support case management and return-to-work evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards
Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma Associate Degree or BSN)
Active unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
At least 1 year of clinical experience in occupational health emergency/trauma corrections or triage settings preferred
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
