The Department of Patient Experience has an opportunity for a Part-Time Health Literacy & Care Coordination Intern UHealth. The Casual Worker supplies services on an irregular or flexible basis to meet the Universitys fluctuating demand for work. Additionally the Casual Worker assists the assigned department(s) in meeting strict deadlines in furtherance of the institutions related goals and objectives.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
Performs assigned tasks and projects.
Provides clerical research professional or technical support to assigned division.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Meets or exceeds applicable goals and deadlines.
Develops relationships with department staff and other parties to carry out job functions.
Keeps supervising staff members informed of work progress and any issues encountered.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Certification and Licensing:

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures technologies and protocols and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software technology and relevant computer applications.
Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
