Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedCNA/PCA/HHA to start immediately at BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a CNA/PCA/HHA
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Current CPR
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Successfully pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to work with pets
- Ability to transport clients in safe insured reliable vehicle
