About Us:
Martin Technologies is a global leader in advanced engineering testing and manufacturing. With roots in motorsports we deliver high-performance solutions for the automotive aerospace and defense sectors.

The Role:
Were hiring an Engine Calibration Technician to support engine control development calibration and validation. Youll work closely with engineers to fine-tune engine performance and emissions compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support engine mapping and ECU calibration activities

  • Conduct dyno and on-road data collection

  • Analyze engine data and assist with adjustments

  • Maintain calibration records and test logs

Requirements:

  • Experience with engine performance or ECU calibration

  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

  • Proficiency with data acquisition and diagnostic tools

  • Detail-oriented and able to follow technical procedures

Preferred:

  • Experience with EFI systems CAN tools or calibration software (e.g. ETAS ATI INCA)

  • Understanding of emissions and drivability standards
