Overview
Nikao Performance and Rehab is growing and hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide mobile home visits in the South Phoenix area. A minimum of 6 visits per week is required.
We are looking for a personable and communicative PT who is passionate about delivering 1:1 patient care with flexibility and autonomy.
Caseload / Patient Population
Direct 1:1 patient care in the home
Visits scheduled every 40 minutes

Compensation
$80$85 per visit
Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month ($6000 annually)
Work Schedule
Weekday and weekend visits available
Flexible scheduling you set your hours

Job Requirements
Eligible for Arizona PT licensure
1 year of outpatient ortho experience required
Dry Needling certification is a plus
PRN availability of 6 or more visits per week
