Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance management and delivery excellence across various project lifecycles and methodologies. This role requires strategic thinking hands-on execution and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution monitoring and closure.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resources budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive stakeholder engagement manage expectations and ensure transparent communication throughout the project.
Proactively identify project risks issues and dependencies and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams including internal resources and third-party vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies client standards and regulatory requirements.
Produce detailed reports and dashboards for executive-level presentations and decision-making.
Requirements:
Canadian residents based in the GTA apply only.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experiencein project management roles.
PMPPRINCE2 orScrum Master certificationrequired.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).
Proven track record of managing multiple projects with large budgets and distributed teams.
Excellent leadership problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in tools like MS Project JIRA Confluence Smartsheet or similar platforms.
