Job Description

We are looking for an individual that possesses the following qualities but not limited to: Teamwork Creativity Accountability Honesty Positivity Efficiency Coachability Work Ethic Communication Attitude Patience Adaptability & Listening.
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the dealerships & accounting teams
- Research track and resolve accounting problems
- Reconcile warranty company statements and issue payments
- Processing of all cancellations of extended warranty and insurance policies.
- Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
- Accurate and timely posting of all general ledger entries.
- Reconciliation of statements for all cancellations.
- Maintaining reconciled accounting schedules.
- Answer all customer vendor and lender inquiries.
- Manage record keeping for all cancellations.
Hours:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- This is a full-time position.
Compensation:
- $20-$23 an hour depending on experience.
