Retirement Plan Consultants a partner with Integrity Marketing Group has been in Downtown Norfolk Nebraska since 2008. Our office services over 1800 plans and 17500 participants for companies across the United States. We are focused on providing a customized plan to assist participants on their way to retirement and in doing so have established an outstanding reputation for quality service.

Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Manage the COO and Senior Manager calendar including scheduling meetings calls and appointments across time zones.
Act as a gatekeeper screening communications and ensuring timely follow-up on key items.
Prepare and edit correspondence presentations reports and briefing materials.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Meeting & Event Coordination
Plan coordinate and ensure the executives schedule is followed and respected.
Arrange internal and external meetings including agendas notes and follow-up tasks.
Organize leadership team meetings as needed.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange detailed travel plans as needed.
Process travel reimbursements and track executive-related expenses.
Troubleshoot travel or schedule issues proactively.
Project & Administrative Management
Support strategic projects and follow through on action items.
Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical documents.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal teams.
Office & Team Support (as needed)
Assist in onboarding new team members and coordinating teamwide communications.
Assist with equipment needs for current staff.
Help with internal administrative operations and vendor communications when required.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Administrative Manager or in related role supporting senior leaders.
Strong organizations and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace Zoom and other productivity tools.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or working in a corporate or professional services environment.
Project management or event planning experience.
Familiarity with expense and travel platforms (Concur)
