We will be a big FAN of yours too if at a minimum you have:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years old
• Two years of relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities behavioral challenges dual diagnoses or forensic involvement in an adult residential facility
• Two years of supervisory/management experience
• A current drivers license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations either independently or with other team members and/or Individuals and if a company vehicle is available for use one must also be 21 years of age and
• Ability to read write and speak English. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

There will be chores:

• As a front-line lead you will provide guidance mentoring assistance and support to the staff in a manner that ensures the health safety and the successful achievement of the Individuals personal goals as outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
• As a role model you will ensure that the team collaborates on the cleanliness safety and security aspects of the home and you may assist on medication administration documentation and storage. You will also take care to monitor the maintenance needs of the home and proactively communicate the needs of the team and the home to the management team.

There will be chats C.A.R.E. & cheers:

• You will participate in all required training team and company meetings to build your knowledge skills and abilities to grow in the family. We like to promote from within our own house!
• You will take ownership of your own behaviors and help coach others over time in how to effectively demonstrate the companys C.A.R.E. values (compassion adaptability respect and empowerment).
• You will receive ongoing coaching and performance feedback and be recognized for your personal and team contributions in addition to demonstrating the C.A.R.E. values.
