JOB SUMMARY:
This position drives Rollback to branch/customer locations for pickups deliveries and branch transfers for Ohio Machinery Co. The Driver will properly and safely load and unload equipment on and off the delivery vehicle and check equipment for damages. The Driver will also complete inspection reports and logbook. It is expected of the Driver to maintain a safe driving record always.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A clean (less than 4 points) driving record.
- Class A CDL license and a current Medical Certification Card (acquired by the time of appointment) are required.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to maintain a professional image and behavior.
- Ability to provide superior customer service.
- Knowledge of electronic logbooks is required.

- Attention to detail quick reaction times and situational awareness while driving and operating equipment are required.
- Desire to approach learning and training as an ongoing career-long process.
- Knowledge and constant practice of safe work habits.
- High level of composure and good stress management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Some lifting pulling and pushing up to 50lbs; Will be required to bend and hand load and unload trucks as needed. Will be climbing on and off a delivery vehicle. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. This position is required to work in all weather conditions indoors and outdoors and will be required to work after hours and on weekend as required to meet business needs.
