- Position Type: Full-time Interventional Pain Management Physician.
- Practice Focus: Heavy interventional pain practice requiring expertise in advanced procedures like injections spinal cord stimulator implants and intrathecal pump implants.
- Schedule: No nights weekends or call responsibilities with standard business hours.
- First 2 Years:
- Guaranteed base salary with total compensation of $400000-$500000 annually plus production incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance health life and disability coverage and paid vacation.
- After 2 Years:
- Transition to 1099 status receiving 100% of professional fees (benefits not provided after initial two-year period).
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Management.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ability to thrive in a high-volume clinical environment.
- Valid Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.
