This STEM Graduate role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before entering teacher training or a related field such as Psychology or Speech and Language Therapy.
As a STEM Graduate you will:
Support students across KS2 to KS4 in Maths and Science
Deliver targeted interventions and 1:1 support sessions
Work closely with pupils with SEND adapting content where needed
Play a key role in managing behaviour and maintaining a focused classroom environment
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and communication skills
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure curriculum goals are met
Build positive relationships with students parents and staff
Show initiative creativity and a commitment to improving student attainment
