Job Description
Sales/Membership Consultant: Department:Membership
Reports to: Christain Roach
Hours:40hrs includes weekends/varying shift pattern
Key Objectives:
- To increase the number of new members on a month-by-month basis
- To increase the overall number of members through retention
- To meet Sales and Retention kpis collectively through team work
- To deliver an excellent customer experience every time
- To enhance an already very successful Team
Key Tasks:
- To develop and implement campaigns to recruit new members
- To tour and sign-up new members
- To utilize Ez runner to identify and contact web/phone/walk-in enquiries
- To be able to run reports in software with complete accuracy.
- To run reports to identify new joiners for all vital info incl source
- Customer Service; Identify customers needs & respond proactively to member concerns
- Come up with ideas to enhance member journey and ways to communicate with members
Must Haves:
- Previous industry experience in fitness and sales
- Great communication skills spoken as well as written
- Proficient in microsoft
- Great work ethic and able to work to deadlines & targets
- Be motivated & motivational
- Team player but also be able to work autonomously
