You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwCs values and contribute to its success.
Actualmente PwC precisa incorporar un estudiante de Mster en Gestin de RRHH en prcticas a jornada completa para dar apoyo y colaborar con el equipo de Capital Humano especficamente dentro del rea de seleccin dando apoyo en las siguientes tareas:
-Bsqueda y seleccin de perfiles.
-Seguimiento de candidatos.
-Envo de pruebas a candidatos.
-Convocatoria a dinmica de grupo.
-Participacin en dinmicas de grupo y entrevistas.
-Gestin de los procesos de seleccin a travs de la plataforma Workday.
-Soporte al equipo en tareas administrativas entre otros.
Ofrecemos la oportunidad de aprender a gestionar de forma autnoma diferentes procesos de seleccin tanto de perfiles junior como senior.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de Mster en Gestin de RRHH (con posibilidad de realizar un convenio de prcticas con la universidad)
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonoma.
- Alto nivel de ingls.
- Alta capacidad de anlisis y atencin al detalle.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicacin a alto nivel.
- Planificacin y calidad en el trabajo.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad Full time
