What You Will Do:
The clinical denials supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that healthcare providers receive appropriate reimbursement for their services.
By effectively managing clinical denials the supervisor helps to improve revenue cycle performance and financial stability.
The clinical denials supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical denials management process ensuring timely and effective resolution of denials and implementing strategies to prevent future denials.
This role involves supervising a team of clinical denials nurses analyzing denial trends and collaborating with various departments to improve clinical documentation and coding practices.
What You Will Need:
Associates degree.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical denials.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology coding and billing.
Ability to communicate with payers physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Supervisory experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelors Degree
