About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium Java and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Create and execute test cases test plans and test strategies
Collaborate with development teams in a CI/CD environment using Git for version control
Perform database testing using SQL queries and validate data integrity
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures
Lead and participate in code reviews sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Required Technical Skills
Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation
Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
Working knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries
Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
7 years of QA experience
Experience with performance testing tools
Knowledge of API testing frameworks
Experience with AWS cloud platform

Base Pay Range: $47.21/hr - $74.52/hrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location.
