Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachses core values

  • 2-5 years experience with a broad range of commercial properties (Retail Office Medical Industrial etc.)
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Real Estate Salesperson License State of Michigan
  • Familiarity with local and national real estate markets and regulations

Responsibilities

What youll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee operations maintenance administration and improvement of property portfolio.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service through client owner tenant and vendor interactions.
  • Complete monthly reports portraying the status of property portfolio.
  • Maintain and control property income and expenses
  • Ensure all rents and fees are billed and collected.
  • Schedule coordinate and supervise staff.
  • Handle all aspects of leasing.
  • Oversee all construction/ repair projects (bid qualify and approve capital and maintenance projects).
  • Inspect grounds facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
