job purpose: The Sr Franchise Operations Manager will be a thought partner to the Fairlife sales team in each region the Coca-Cola retail teams Bottlers Customers and other partners to build and manage sales and commercial functions within the market focused primarily on the DSD products within the Fairlife portfolio. They will act as a key Franchise partner support customer activity and participate in multiple functions with our bottling partners in commercial routines and sales Sr Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for developing bottler/ market specific commercial and customer plans incorporating national and regional priorities as well as bottler-specific metrics and incentives. This position will also participate in CCNA franchise and bottler commercial and sales routines to ensure proper prioritization for fairlife DSD brands that align with fairlife business goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate understands that true value creation both for our customers and the company is built upon a long-term shared vision of growth that is grounded in consumer and shopper needs/occasions and informed by leading edge category and channel insights. This individual will work seamlessly across multiple functions within fairlife and the Coca-Cola North American Operating Unit (NAOU) to provide compelling category selling stories that deliver long-term profitable growth for the company and our most valued regional retail partners.
responsibilities:
- Lead the Franchise Sales andCommercial execution and stewardship for fairlifes DSD portfolio of brands within assigned geography
- Manage overall business performance and progress within defined geography or bottler and support Sr Director in tracking execution analyzing execution data and report findings.
- Partner with commercial and regional bottler teams as well as bottler sales teams to customize fairlifes national commercial plan for specific bottler and territory
- Assess local nuances bottler-specific metrics customer needs and tailor plans to ensure programming will meet overall business goals including creative development of regional programming
- Work seamlessly across multiple internal and external functions including Sales HQ Commercial Revenue Growth Management Shopper Marketing North American Operating Unit Sales Commercial and Category Strategic Advisory
- Deliver against annual and long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including base brand acceleration successful innovation sell-in and expansion and achieving revenue and profit growth targets
- Leverage Nielsen Numerator retailer shopper data and proprietary Coca-Cola tools and research to develop best in class insights and selling stories
- Leadership
- Partner with Field Operations Managers to develop bottler delivered brand selling materials for priority customers as needed
skills/qualifications required:
- Bachelors Degree in related fieldpreferred
- 3-5 years of CPG sales and/or commercial experience required with a focus on food or beverage products preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities utilizing Nielsen IRI customer shopper data or similar programs
- Ability to leverage combination of relationship development and data-driven influencing to achieve business goals
- Entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in multitasking environment
- High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives in response to inevitable market challenges
- Knowledge of retailers and bottlers in territory preferred
- A vehicle valid drivers license and proof of insurance

Base pay range:
$125000 - $150000 USD
