G&A Partners client is currently seeking a Commissioning Agent to join its team in Austin TX
Summary
Responsible for executing the efforts of the Commissioning Department that presently conducts Commissioning (Cx) services to Mechanical (HVAC) Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems on a variety of projects and facility types including commercial industrial governmental institutional infrastructure healthcare apartments educational and recreational buildings. Projects will implement processes as defined in ASHRAE 0 and 1 commissioning process guidelines. Projects will support or may include LEED Cx efforts AEGB Cx requirements and IECC minimum Cx. Tasks performed by the commissioning team include new construction and renovation commissioning for MEP systems retro-commissioning for existing facilities energy studies energy modeling measurement verification (for some projects) as well as ongoing commissioning where requested.
