Express Service Consultant Luther Family Ford Fargo ND
Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and love being around vehicles Luther Family Ford is hiring an Express Service Consultant to join our award-winning service team in Fargo North Dakota!
What Youll Do:
As an Express Service Consultant youll be the face of our service departmentgreeting customers checking in vehicles and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Youll help coordinate express maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and multipoint inspections while keeping communication clear between technicians and our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Check in vehicles and gather relevant service information
- Coordinate with express technicians to ensure timely service
- Communicate vehicle status and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly positive attitude and professional appearance
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus (but we will train the right person!)
- Ability to work 9 AM 6 PM Monday through Friday (Every Other Saturday)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
