Job Description
Would you like to help improve peoples homes and communities If you have some property experience and a keen eye for detail and a drive to make a real difference read on. As a Stock Condition Surveyoryou will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stockensuring safe energy-efficient and well-maintained homes for our residents.
What Youll Do
- Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools.
- Assess housing conditions using theHousing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).
- Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns.
- Work independently across a diverse property portfolio including void inspections.
- Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication.
What Youll Bring
- A degree in Building Surveying OR equivalent experience in property surveying.
- Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation.
- Excellent communication time management and IT skills.
- A proactive self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
