JOB DESCRIPTION
St. Augustine Elementary is seeking a full-time Grade 5 teacher. This position includes the teaching of all curricular areas including Christian Education; though the school employs specialists in PHE Music and French. Because we are a double-stream school the applicant must be able to work collaboratively with a partner teacher.
In addition the applicant must have a proficiency in technology and in particular the use of Google Workspace and the use of programs such Seesaw as well as Second Step in your teaching are also assets.

On an on-going basis we accept teacher applications for grade levels K to 12 for our Catholic schools throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and Powell River in beautiful British Columbia. All Catholics non-Catholics new education grads and experienced teachers from across Canada are strongly encouraged to apply. Our major hiring season is in April for the following school year but we recommend that you apply now as we receive an influx of applications.
