Pay rate :$16.50 hr

Contract: (1 yaer )

Job Locations : (1) 2295 Victoria Ave Fort Myers FL 33903 and (2) 60 S. Danley Dr. Unit 1

Fort Myers FL 33907

Hours:M-F 8am-4:30pm

FL-DOH-Ft. Myers-Records Clerks -two positions at Danley and one at Victoria.

Job Description:

FL-DOH-Ft. Myers-Records Clerks -Scan two hundred and twenty-two boxes of paper documents and upload them to an archival repository.

Position: Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Work Environment: Professional office cubicle

LOCATIONS: 2 positions at Danley and 1 at Victoria.

Dress Code: Business Casual

Candidate Responsibilities:

* Scan approximately 10 boxes per week of paper documents into a Window-based computer

* Data Entry

* Name and organize the scanned images

* Create entries in the departments online archival system and upload corresponding images to the correct entry.

* Create and maintain a log of documents scanned and uploaded.

* Submit the log on the last business day of each week to the department manager.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience needed:

* Proficient in Data Entry

* Proficient in operating scanning equipment

*Proficient in renaming and organizing files on a Window-based computer

* Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
