JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for students families and community members ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Crosby Scholars Program. This role supports both middle and high school programming and is vital to communication outreach and data management.
Prepare mailings certificates and other program materials as needed
Provide administrative support for Crosby Academy community service and events
EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Teams) and basic database systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Experience in customer service office administration or youth programs preferred
Spanish fluency is a plus and preferred
