OVERVIEW
Integrity Communications Solutions Inc. is seeking an Engineer IV Systems Engineer IV (Operations Support & Sustainment) to join our growing team. This role provides technical leadership and systems engineering expertise in support of mission-critical a Systems Engineer IV with Integrity you will define coordinate and manage system test resources-including simulation environments engineering models (EMs) digital twins and hardware test assets-to support the execution of end-to-end system verification activities.

Integrity Communications Solutions Inc. is seeking an Engineer IV Systems Engineer IV (Operations Support & Sustainment) to join our growing team. This role provides technical leadership and systems engineering expertise in support of mission-critical a Systems Engineer IV with Integrity you will define coordinate and manage system test resources-including simulation environments engineering models (EMs) digital twins and hardware test assets-to support the execution of end-to-end system verification activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experiencein systems engineering or space operations (satellite or ground systems focus preferred).
- Proficiency in systems engineering fundamentals including requirements management integration and testing.
- Experience with system architecture design hardware/software interface definition and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with operational mission ground systems and command & control concepts.
- Understanding of Agile development principles and their application within systems engineering environments.
- Active Secret clearancewith the ability to obtain aTop Secret/SCI clearance(U.S. citizenship required).
- Ability to work onsite due to the classified nature of the project and travel up to20%.
- Experience in protected MILSATCOM or related systems including EHF terminal operations (SMART-T NMT).
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g. MATLAB STK SQL) and digital engineering techniques.
- Familiarity with spacecraft subsystems telemetry and command & control operations.
- Scrum Master experience or certification with demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and support team-level Agile practices.
- Expertise in cross-mission program collaboration system test planning and digital twin development.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g. INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technical roadmap aligning near- and long-term engineering efforts with enterprise goals.
- Analyze interpret and decompose requirements ensuring appropriate allocation to Level 4 (L4) components.
- Ensure traceability and alignment of requirements across L3 and L4 specifications supporting end-to-end systems engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Framework and Digital Engineering (DE) teams to execute integration pathfinding efforts using their respective test tools.
- Support the specification and validation of enterprise services ensuring compliance and interoperability with external systems.
- Participate in element-level test planning and execution to verify functionality and interfaces in a simulated or operational environment.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive early integration strategies and identify risks and gaps in system design or implementation.
- Provide engineering support to configuration control boards working groups and technical interchange meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $100000-$135000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
