About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified HR Business Partner to join our team. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.
As an experienced HR generalist you will provide expertise and support to managers along with lead on an employee relations caseload with an emphasis on driving down absence management early intervention at an informal level and providing training and support for managers to positively impact performance management.
Sitting in the heart of the organisation the HR team works closely across all areas of the College and has an in-depth understanding of the organisational and people challenges. Our pragmatic operational and strategic advice and guidance helps to determine people plans and priorities.

Requirements
Must-Have:
Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
Experience dealing with complex employee cases
Experience of promoting continuous improvement and performance management processes
Nice-to-Have:
Level 7 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
Experience of managing restructuring/redundancy/change management programmes
Experience of developing and enhancing HR systems and processes
Experience of deliver
