We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships identifying sales opportunities and coordinating event logistics from initial inquiry to execution. You will work closely with our event planning and operations teams to ensure every event aligns with client goals and maintains Beloforms standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current event clients
Prepare and present customized event proposals and pricing packages
Manage event sales pipeline track leads and close deals effectively
Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless event execution
Coordinate venue selection vendor negotiations and on-site logistics
Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations
Maintain accurate client records and report on sales metrics regularly
Participate in internal meetings and strategy sessions to align goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field
2 years of experience in event sales event planning or hospitality industry
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
