Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Host/Hostess to serve as our Lobby Ambassador in Baghdad Iraq. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and services to enhance guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues
- Maintain the lobby area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and directions when needed
- Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing reservations
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued
- Familiarity with local culture and customs in Baghdad Iraq
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
