The Boeing Fabrication Business Operations team is seeking an individual contributor to join our core team in Auburn. This role will be responsible for integrating and project managing a variety of aspects of business operations including but not limited to risk issues and opportunities management system and information (MS&I) directives and memos.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordination of the Directive and Memos process within Boeing Fabrication. Support and guide stakeholders through the process
- Project manage large scale Directives impacting multiple business units this includes but is not limited to gathering scope & requirements schedule risk issues opportunities and financial impacts.
- Proficient at preparing and delivering presentations at an executive level.
- Ability to build relationships across functions and manage stakeholder expectations
- Conduct reviews and revisions of existing process documents
- Support the development and maintenance of training materials and standard work instructions
- Knowledgeable in modern digital tools for managing large amounts of information is an asset
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 3 years of experience in project or program management
- 3 years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Project Management Professional designation asset
- Experience with PowerAutomate and SharePoint an asset
- Experience with applying AI technologies for process improvement an asset
- Experience working with BCA Work Statement Management process
- Experience working with CITAP process
