Life and Health Insurance Producer
Location: Quakertown PA - Onsite initially then remote/flexible
Full-Time Base Salary up to $75K Commission
Are you a motivated and ambitious sales hunter ready to grow your career in life and health insurance Were looking for a Life & Health Producer who thrives on generating leads closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
What Youll Do
Drive new business in Life & Health insurance
Utilize purchased leads and lead generation tools to build your pipeline
Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide solutions
Learn internal systems and processes during the initial in-office training period
Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and retention
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in Life & Health insurance sales
Active Life & Health (L&H) license required
A true hunter mentality self-starter motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Up to $75000
Commission: 70% on new business 35% on renewals
401(k): Up to 10% company match
Health Benefits: Company-paid coverage for employee
Work Environment:
Onsite for the first 90 days to learn company culture and systems
Remote/flexible work arrangement available after onboarding
