Job Description:
Primary responsibilites the Cafeteria Aideare monitoring students conduct in the cafeteria and helping to prepare thecafeteriafor students for Lunch Periods. This position is a part-time position working certian hours of the school is a .5 FTE position at George Mason Elementary School.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certificates & Licenses: None required.
- Experience: No job related experience required.
Essential Functions:
- Teaches students proper use of utensils when needed.
- Helps students develop and observe proper dining habits.
- Monitors students to maintain safety and prevent infractions of disciplinary rules.
- Organizes students to ensure orderly purchase of food and movement to assigned tables.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Clearances:
- Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance.
- Tuberculosis Skin Test.
Public Health Compliance
- Must follow safety and health protocols.
