Position Summary
Doane University is looking for an energetic student-centered Extended Learning Opportunities Coordinator to join our Extended Learning Opportunities ( ELO ) team! This hybrid position offers the ability to work remotely while requiring occasional on-site work at our Lincoln campus. Under the direction of the Executive Director of Extended Learning Opportunities the ELO Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the department. This position focuses on managing non-degree seeking student enrollment providing advising support and coordinating student communications for ELOs online programs. The ELO Coordinator also works closely with campus partnersincluding the Registrar Service Center Student Accounts Financial Aid Veteran Services ADA and Recruitmentto help ensure every non-degree seeking student has the resources and support they need to succeed. The ELO Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that academic policies and procedures are clearly articulated both verbally and in written communication to students and K-12 district partners.
