Job Description
- Oversee nightly productionensuring safety quality and production targets are met.
- Lead and train a team of production employees providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and report on production output productivity and quality metrics.
- Identify and resolve minor production issuesand contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with the team other departments and the Production Manager including leading shift start meetings.
- Problem-solving monitoring the floor and eliminating any roadblocks to meeting production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
