Job Description
Service BDC representative at Honda of Lincoln will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers regarding service appointments and inquiries. This role plays a vital part in enhancing customer experience and ensuring smooth service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls related to service appointments
- Provide accurate information about services offered and pricing
