The Role
We are looking for a proactive and diligent Sales and SSP Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our UK&I and CEMEA B2B teams. This role is integral to maintaining service standards and supporting commercial targets across digital and print including via Subscription Service Providers (SSPs).
Key Responsibilities
Handle pre-sales processes including credit calculation supply form contract processing and invoicing.
Act as first point of contact for client administrative queries.
Support SSPs with pricing queries debt management and marketing comms.
Maintain and amend print and digital contracts ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with internal teams (Legal Tax Finance Customer Services Circulation) to support customer needs.
Use Salesforce and internal data systems for customer records and analysis.
Engage in global collaboration with sales support teams across NY Singapore Japan and Hong Kong.
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven administrative and sales support experience.
Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Comfortable multitasking under pressure.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident using CRM systems and Excel (FT-specific training provided).
Problem-solving and influencing skills.
Desirable
Salesforce experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Interest in data maintenance.
Additional European language.
