Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team as a jack-of-all trade role. As a key player in our organization you will be responsible for driving growth and generating leads through various marketing and sales strategies. Your resourcefulness and independence will be crucial in expanding our reach and increasing our customer base. Given the size of the company you will be required to wear multiple hats including ensuring client success and following up on support items (these are usually very minimal).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new prospects and expand our target audience.
- Conduct sales calls and emails with potential customers showcasing the benefits of the services.
- Our 15-minute free consultation sales calls are with warm-leads - it is imperative to have excellent sales skills and be able to close well on these calls.
- Reaching out to affiliate websites creating some social media content (including blog posts) and exploring creative collaborations with other brands or websites.
- Nurturing the past leads to re-engage potential customers. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to automate lead nurturing workflows and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Continuously monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Take over management of PPC / SEO if possible.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (neutral accent)
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2 years of related experience
- Excellent communication and sales skills (Must have)
- 2 years of experience in marketing sales or related roles. (Must have)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications for efficient communication and collaboration. (Must have)
- Proficiency in using Salesmate or similar CRM tools to manage partnerships and track progress. (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with Acuity Scheduling Mailchimp social media marketing. (Nice to have)
- Proven experience in managing partnerships and building relationships with external stakeholders.
