Location: Dallas TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37500 - $43500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will engage with customers across various channels helping to make their experiences seamless and satisfying. Our ideal candidate possesses a passion for customer service and a keen desire to assist others.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
