Summary:
An established Commercial HVAC Service Company is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist out of their Fort Lauderdale office. The company provides HVAC Services throughout the Southeast and is looking to add a talented recruiting professional to assist in growing the team throughout the company.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and design customized recruitment approaches
* Develop and distribute job postings across various platforms to attract suitable applicants
* Identify evaluate and interview potential hires for diverse roles including technical field-based and office positions
* Coordinate interviews gather feedback and manage communication between candidates
* Assist in the employee onboarding process by organizing necessary documentation and contributing to orientation planning
* Keep applicant tracking systems up to date with accurate and timely information
* Represent the company at career events and foster connections with educational institutions trade schools and professional networks to enhance talent outreach
*Contribute to optimizing recruitment procedures and tools for greater efficiency
Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience in talent management is requirement.
* Must have prior experience in Construction Mechanical Service or HVAC recruitment.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
